A concentrated additive which when diluted and mixed with sand and cement renders, and concrete, gives the mix salt and water resistance. This additive also has a plasticising action which improves water resistance of new render. Dilute 40-1 with water. It is widely used in plasterwork after the installation of a chemical DPC.
