Order values under £50.00, ex-VAT, will attract a flat rate delivery charge of £5.99, plus VAT.
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same working day, the majority of which will be delivered next working day (although not guaranteed) for stocked items. Certain areas of UK are subject to 2 – 3 days delivery, e.g. Northern Scotland, please contact us on 0800 111 4898 for details.

Working days are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Deliveries outside the UK mainland will be charged at cost, please contact us on 0800 111 4898 for details.

We offer deliveries to site addresses, at no extra cost, so please ensure you inform us of your required delivery address when placing your order. We use external couriers for all our deliveries, therefore, a signature will be required.
Please provide a contact telephone number for our couriers. If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately, with a date for delivery and an offer for an alternative product or we can refund you in full. Some smaller item orders may be delivered by First Class Royal Mail (no signature is required for such deliveries).
If you are not satisfied with an order, you have the statutory right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to have the item(s) collected by us and a full refund for the item(s) returned. Your decision to return an item or items must be made within 7 working days from the day after the receipt of the item(s). If one or more items are retained by you then the original delivery charge (if any) will not be refunded.
If the return of an item or items would have rendered your order below our minimum order value for free delivery, then the relevant delivery charge will be deducted from the applicable refund. You will then be provided with further instructions. Refunds for returned items will only be made where the item(s) is not damaged. The refund is usually made within 14 days from the date the item(s) has been received by us into our warehouse from the external couriers.
In the UK you have the right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, to cancel your order within 7 working days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 will be processed in accordance with your legal rights. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a duty to take reasonable care of products whilst they are in your possession.
You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the products. If you are not at home when we attempt to collect the goods we reserve the right to deduct from your refund of charge your debit / credit card the direct costs to us for the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

If any product is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If within 1 year of your purchase you return the product with your order confirmation and provided the damage is not due your negligence, we will provide either a replacement product or a full refund. Replacements are provided at no extra cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you believe a product is faulty you should contact us on 0800 111 4898 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange return / collection of the product as instructed. We aim to process any applicable refunds within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.
Please note that for security reasons we cannot refund a different card to the one you made the original purchase with and we can only send out replacement product(s) to the address used in your original order. If the damage to a faulty product is deemed to be malicious, no refund will be made.
In the extremely rare event that we may recall a product or products, you agree to cooperate fully with us and will provide all reasonable assistance as required by us.
